Wil Mandac is a founding member of Low Ding Zone. He has been a handbell musician since 1978, and joined Bay Bells after ringing with choirs in Bakersfield for many years. He has a BA in Music Education and is director of the Rejoicing Ringers at Los Altos Lutheran Church. Wil works with the Fremont Union High School District in Sunnyvale in various capacities. Along with his wife, Deb, he enjoys hiking, biking, music, and computers. Wil is the official photographer of Low Ding Zone, and every other handbell event he attends. Check out his photos at: .
